At Cactus Car Wash, we believe it is important to give back to the community. Our fundraising program can help your nonprofit or school group raise the money you need to continue doing good work for others. Getting started is pretty simple.
How fundraising works:
- Your organization will select an exclusive four digit code
- Spread the word about what your code is and how to use it
- When your supporters come through the car wash, they'll need to press the "fundraising" button on the touch screen and enter your four digit code
- For every $10 car wash, your organization gets $4
- Supporters can also choose to add more to their donation
- You'll get 100% of any additional amount added
- Payment may be made with Cash or Credit Card
- At the end of the sales month, we'll give your organization a check for the money you raised.

- Non-Profit Organizations
- Chruches or Synagogues
- Any Local Service Clubs
- Athletic Teams
* There is no cost for your group to participate
* Use of this program is limited to 1 month of sales per year, per organization
* Organizations selected on a first-come-first-serve basis each month
Step 1: Call Cactus Car Wash or fill out our online fundraising application to see if the month you would like to fundraise is available. Please plan three months in advance to reserve your desired month.
Step 2: Send us a letter from your organization's president approving your participation in the Cactus Car Wash fundraising program. The letter should be on the organization's letter head and include the not-for-profit number. Please email your letter with the subject line "Fundraiser" to email@example.com .
Step 3: Once your month is approved, sign the Cactus Car Wash fundraising Contract and get started!
